DIRECTIVE LINES for the groups of the Catholic Charismatic Renewal " in the Holy Spirit " of the parishes and of the religious communities
********** ( It isn't a statute, but only simple"Directive lines" that could be useful to the ICCRS's Groups ) |

1.
- A spontaneous
prayer's group that, moved by the Holy Spirit, wants to
ask to God for the particoular grace named "Effusion
of the Holy Spirit" and, after having recieved it, wants
to cultivate it, could be completely ecclesial, according to the
characteristics of the same Church, mother and
teacher.
So,
because Jesus has given to the Church His shepherds, those groups will
rely in a particular way to them for the
spiritual guide, the fidelity
to the catholic truth and the
obedience to the Church.
3. - A group of Catholic Charismatic Renewal wants to realize in itself the essential note of ecclesiality, reproposing, into its primay establishment, this characteristic of the Church. In order to do that it engages itself to obey, about right truth and right character, at first to its shepherd (or to the priest or to the senior of the religious community). The priest, spiritual guide, will be ecclesiastically bound to his Bishop. 4. -
The priest
(parish or senior of a religious community) isn't the
coordinator but he's the spiritual guide
of the group, according to his special charism of shepherd and according
the lesson of the Pope, who said turning to the priests
”In the christian
community, as also in the groups of ICCRS, the priest must be a sheperd
and a spiritual guide of the belivers, guarantor of the true doctrine of
the Church, responsible with the bishop, of the authentic celebration of
the Eucharistic and of the sacraments , he is witness and promoter of
the ecclesiastical communion."(Jhon
Paul II, 9 october 1984, to the world retreat of the priests).
5. - As spiritual guide of the charismatic group, the priest will get involved, together with the laymen of the team-guide of the service to the brothers, to discern, to make to bloom and to cultivate in its members, together with the Christian virtues, the various charismas and laical ministers that God gives abundantly to all the Church.
6. - The members of Iccrs's group will choose among them, every three years, five or seven brothers/sisters that will form the team-guide of the Charismatic Service. 7. - The members chosen by the team-guide of the Charismatic Service will choose among them a coordinator and a deputy one.
8. - The full affiliation to a charismatic group is signed by having received, after proper preparation, the Effusion's prayer. The real presence to the prayer's meetings and to the charismatic ministeriality will confirm the adhesion of the single members to the group. The group will be however open to everybody as place of authentic and permanent evangelization.

The
priest or the
senior of a religious community
that has accepted to be a spiritual guide for the group , will be
exorted- if he hasn't received the Effusion's
prayer- to receive it, humbly preparing himself to this event,
to progress more and more in the life in the Spirit,
to his advantage and to the advantage of all the belivers. The
priest will engage himself to know and live more and more the specific
charismatic reality that is in the Church.
10. - The Church in its constitution is hierarchical and charismatic togheter. Every possible problem born in the group will have to refer to this essential vision of Church, for which is had to consider specifically charismatic and qualified for discernment, the same presence of the priest who has the right, as an assistant, to partecipate to the team-guide's meetings. This is because the Churh shows its visible pastorality at first, in its Vicar, the Pope, in the Bishops, and in the priests. 11. - In the most critical moments of the group's life, the priest, when the coordination among the members had to become impossible, and, exspecially when had to be doctrinal errors and reprehensible behaviors, he could intervene whit his autorithy and solve the problem to start a new beginning, drawing to the grace proper of his state and showing his specific charisma of spiritual guide in the Church that is one, holy, catholic, and apostolic. Also in this case, as soon as possible, he will have to redeliver again everything to the guide of a good Team-guide of Service and he had to retire to dress again his priestly role. 12. - The Holy Spirit, with its effusion, has always caused and fed, in the single one and in the collectivity, virtue, gifts and charismas. Working in the Holy Spirit, streets of formation and evangelization will open. All the Church's realities, are to be considered " place" to frequent for the charismatic formation and "space" to share for the announcement of salvation to the distant one. 13. - The Church and the Holy Virgin, Mary of Nazareth are reflected. The ICCRS's groups will engage themselves in the walk of holiness, bound to the whole Catholic Church proposed by the Magisterium and they submitt themselves to Mary , the Mother of God and Mother of the Church consecrating to Her. With the Church and with the Holy Mary they will walk to be more perfectly in Jesus Christ, his Son.

modality of RCC's
group (Charismatic Chatolic Renewal)
that can be welcomed in a parish
or in a religious community
and that chooses to follow these
directive lines, wants to follow the
ICCRS (1), according the
orientatives lines written in the Preface
of its Statutes .
To glory of the
Holy
Trinity, of the Father,
of His Son Jesus and of the
