Continuous Adoration

 Nighttime Adoration

            There isn't new evangelization without the strenght of the prayer. Whit a depth meaning, the Church has chosen as patron of all the missions a contemplative saint, S. Teresa of Child Jesus.

           Whit the Eucharist's year ( 2004 - 2005),wanted by the Servant of God, Pope Jhoannes Paul II, a great rush for the eucharistical adoration is developed all over the Catholic world.  But the Eucharist's year can never finish because the Church is by itself eucharistic and, whitout the Eucharist, it cannot live. It has been justly written: The Church makes the Eucharist and the Eucharist makes the Church.

            Here is a concrete proposal to begin in a parish, whit the approval of the priest or the religious superior,

the      Continuous Adoration

choosing a day of the week, for example, Wednesday.

 

           This has been our invitation card for the year 2005, even if the continuous  Adoration it is initiated 14 years ago.

        The initiative of the Continuous Adoration and of the Nighttime Adoration could be united and proposed in a great city to different churchs, so to fill, well connected, the whole week - day and night! - with the Eucharistic Adoration.

        It will be opportune, to better reach this purpose, to entrust someone as Resposible Person and onother one as Deputy of his, the coordination of all the Churchs.

        In this case, it will be published and diffused a calendar of the Week of the Eucharistic Adoration.

        For the Nighttime Adoration could be useful these indications, to suggest motives and ways for a good result.

  Nighttime Adoration

 

Caphucins's Church

Night between the 1st. Friday and the 1st. Saturday of every mounth.  

 

 

         Our pourpose for the Nighttime Adoration:

 

                                 1)  To pray for the conversion of the young people.

                                 2)  To pray for the peace in the World.

                                 3)  To pray for the families.

 

 

           How     many     persons     every    turn?

 

               The turn  is mainly composed of  7 persons 

                    that for two nighttime hours will make the Adoration:

 

                                          1st  turn:    from 11p.m. to 1 a.m.  

                                          2nd. turn:   from 1a.m. to 3 a.m.

                                          3rd. turn:   from 3a.m. to 5a.m. 

                                          4th  turn:   from 5a.m. to 7a.m.

 

 

          How   will   the   nighttime   adoration   be?

 

               We will be in holiness at the presence of God.

                   The adoration will be animate from all the adorer persons.

                   As the Apostles and the disceples near God.

                                

                               

         

 

  s c h e m e  

for

     eight   short   times        

                                                        (every time : a quarter of an hour)

                                                 for the animation of two hours:

 

                1)     Praise and adoration with songs.

             2)   Reading of the Word of God + resonances.

             3)   We sing to God a new song:

                   - prayer of exultation

                        - we learn a new song.

             4)   The newspaper, the TV and Jesus.  Praise.

             5)   One or more dances.   Praise.

             6)   I have read the life of a Saint: I tell you some episodes.

             7)   Mine and your  testimony. The lived situations.

                   I have announced Jesus.  Praise.

             8)   We divide the  work  for the next nighttime adoration.

             9)   Thanks. Praise and Song.

 

      

Practical proposal

1)   General list of all the worshippers with the relative telephone numbers.

2)   To constitute the 4 groups of the 4 turns. Separate list of the names and telephones of every     turn.

       To spread the 4 lists.

3)   To establish a  coordinator and a deputy-coordinator for every turns.

4)   To give news to all the people: in the Church and in the groups. Foglio avviso in fondo alla Chiesa.

5)   Other people of every age can join to the first 7 adoreer persons (young people).

6)   Who can't partecipate, he will think to call for another.

7)   The coordinator of this short time of adoration must be  informed of everything.
